Very finely crafted bust of a young girl. Made of white marble. The bust was acquired many years ago in France in the art trade. However, the French origin is not certain. In terms of age, we were told at that time it is from ca. 1920 to 1950 and Italy is a possible country of origin. The face is very finely worked out both in the surface and in the profile and has no visible damage. It seems as if the girl looks melancholic, deeply immersed in her thoughts, and is looking upwards. The condition is very good without damage. Height approx. 38 cm, width approx. 28 cm, depth approx. 18 cm.
