Superb and very ancient, sacred sculpture in Renaissance style, the classic depiction of piety after Michelangelo. It was restored in the mid-1900s, the statue is all made of wood, hand-carved in the early 19th century. Due to its weight and large dimensions, it needs to be shipped on wooden pallets.
