Sculpture - Wood - 19th century

Antique Wooden Santos presumably depicting St. Joseph with young child Jesus. Loss and wear commensurate with great age. No chips, cracks, breaks or repairs detected. Slight fading to the paints and gilt. The statue was created using the joining technique with two wooden nails at base holding statue and base together. There is an age crack (stable) to the back of the statue as seen in photos. Please READ below before bidding. We do our best to disclose anything that will impact value and / or desirability.
