Wonderful pair of sculptures representing the Riace bronzes, resting on an original marble base. Sculptures are made of solid silver. Items of excellent quality made in Italy. The Bronzi di Riace are two bronze statues of Greek origin, dated to the 5th century BC, preserved at the museum of Reggio Calabria, and considered among the most significant sculptural masterpieces made by Greek master sculptors in the classical age. Both show the silver fineness hallmark 925, the silversmith signature and the number (these are limited editions numbered items) . Height: 19 cm, including the base.
