Excellent oil painting on canvas representing a still life with fish and seafood, the painting is of excellent workmanship, the photos do not convey the beauty of the painting as there is glass, signed lower right by the author M. D 'Elijah and certificate on the back.
Internal dimensions 50x40, with frame measuring 77x67, also very beautiful with protective glass
The painting is in excellent condition with double frame

Author Mario D'Elia (Florence in 1922 - 2004) , spent his childhood in Gallipoli starting to paint under the teaching of his father, a painter of the Neapolitan school. He has participated in numerous exhibitions (Europe, USA) and created several public works, such as The Baptism of St. John the Baptist in the Church of S. Maria de' Ricci in via del Corso (Florence) and Dante's meeting with Beatrice in the Church of Dante in via del Corso (Florence) , he painted the Palio of S. Giovanni in 1986. He spent many years in Egypt, India and England where he painted and left numerous works, returning to Italy and taking part in many exhibitions.
His works can be found in private and public collections in many European countries and one is also found in the Vatican, created in 1960.
