The bright and very luminous colours give an atmosphere of joy. Of particular interest is the representation of the architecture in the background, including the tower - symbol of Santa Barbara. Oil on oak panel. Period - late Mannerism, ca. 1600. The oak panel has wooden dowels on the back side, placed during an old restoration to give solidity to an antique panel. Sold without frame. Size without frame: 108 x 79 x 1 cm
