With antique carved and gilded wooden frame, 23. 5 x 18 cm
The portraits in question, of modest size and made in oil on oval-cut cardboard, present a nobleman and a noblewoman belonging to the eighteenth-century Neapolitan aristocracy, dressed and coiffed according to the fashion of the time. The small portraits are embellished with antique frames in gilded wood carved with acanthus leaves that wrap around following the oval shape of the support.
The frame is provided free of charge, therefore it cannot be a reason for return or complaint.
For paintings purchased abroad: after payment the procedure to obtain the export license (ALC) will be started. All antiques sent abroad from Italy require this document, issued by the Minister of Cultural Heritage. The procedure could take 2 to 4 weeks from the request, therefore, as soon as we have the document the painting will be sent.
