At the back of the panel bearing a label with the address of the art dealer 'Collectie Goudstikker, N° H 32' Heerengracht 458 Amsterdam . A second label from 'Dienst voor 's rijks verspreide kunstvoorwerpen 's-Gravenhage' with an attribution to Abel Grimmer, inv. 2849.

Provenance: prominent private collection from Flanders.

Condition: Some overpaint and retouches in the clothes, the hands and the faces of the frontal figures. Some cleansing of the landscape perspective
Otherwise in good condition.
