Groningen double-curved oak Louis Quinze folding desk with original bronze fittings, standing on beautifully carved claw feet. Beautiful organ-curved interior with compartments, drawers, and cellar. Over the years, the iron nails used to make this piece of furniture have caused black oxidation spots here and there in the oak (see the photos) ; this is more common with oak furniture from this period. The original locks work, keys are present. Some planks at the back have been replaced.
