Rabbi Baruch ben Yitzchak of Worms (c. 1140-1211) was one of the Ba’alei Tosafot. He emigrated to Eretz Yisrael in his latter years. His composition, Sefer HaTerumah is recognized as a seminal Halachic work. Many Halachic authorities base their rulings on it.
