SF Sperss, a vineyard among the most suitable in Serralunga, is never disappointing, especially with a threesome of this level that includes the sublime 1989 vintage, the complex 1993, but with a final vintage, 1996, that is shrouded in myth, perhaps rather wavering with its twenty-year indecision which is now slowly opening up and providing us with considerable satisfaction.
