Set of twelve drawings designed to illustrate the cover of the famous Occidente magazine. This selection includes works by Fernando Teixidor, José Sancha, Rafael Uribarri, Fernando Mignoni, Eduardo Vicente, Albizu and Daniel Gil.
The Revista de Occidente was founded by Ortega y Gasset in 1923. The publication achieved great notoriety due to the personalities who participated in it and who constituted the intellectual elite of the time. In addition, its publication in Europe and Latin America meant a great diffusion of theoretical and artistic knowledge at an international level.
