Consisting of 7 luncheon/salad forks, with four tines, fiddle handle and thread pattern; each fork engraved with Earl of Sefton crest (A Chapeau Gules turned up Ermine and with a plume of peacock's feathers proper). Each pieces properly marked with kings' head right, lion passant, leopard head, dater letter for 1837, and maker's mark for Hayne & Cater and others, London on the handle back. Total weight 17.65 toz.
Earls of Sefton, Molyneux family, a noble family, which treces unbroken male descent from William The Conqueror since 1066.
Condition: Good, some tarnish and polish residues, light wear commensurate with age and use.
