In this work the painter offers us an image of great plastic expressiveness, with a simple composition in which we see a bust woman, in the foreground, in front of a neutral and clear background that enhances her presence as the figure is directly illuminated. The protagonist wears a cream-colored Manila shawl embroidered with flowers, a necklace of large pearls and two carnations decorating her hair.
