SEVRES FRENCH ARMORIAL HERALDIC PLATE: Scalloped rim, bands of cobalt and light blue with gilt accents. Center with Capetian House of France heraldic crest in flowing cape. Marked on base with blue Sevres mark, “S” in center, 10 ¼”.
