DESCRIPTION: A Sevres porcelain vase by ceramist Paul Milet (French, 1870-1950) with gilt bronze foliage ormolu base decoration. The porcelain body of this vase is decorated with a landscape scene with river and a male figure in the center of the scene. This baluster shaped vase is further embellished with a mounted bronze ormolu neck and base. Marked Milet Sevres.
CIRCA: Early- Mid 20th Century.
ORIGIN: France.
