1938-49 Plate block collection (including lower right corner unnumbered blocks), nearly all unmounted o.g. 40 blocks, mostly fine but some with brown gum. Includes 3c green, 9c scarlet and grey-blue, 1949 18c, 1941 20c (brown gum), 1938 25c and 30c both fine gum (unnumbered), 1r yellow-green block of six with gum only a little off-white and 5r.
