Seymchan Meteorite Slice Pallasite, PMG Magadanskaya Oblast, Russia - (62° 54'N, 152° 26'E) Found: June 1967 This representative of the Seymchan Meteorite that was first discovered in 1967 is essentially an etched partial slice with a subtle Widmanstätten pattern framing a smattering of greenish-gold Olivine crystals. The metallic tile is effectively square and has two displayable sides. The finished specimen weighs in at 85 grams and stands as a rather unique presentation of the popular and collectible pallasite meteorite.
