Seymchan Meteorite Sphere Pallasite, PMG Magadanskaya oblast', Russia - (62° 54'N, 152° 26'E) Found: June 1967 This hefty metallic ball, weighing a robust 247.7 grams, measures about 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) in diameter and exhibits a contrasting metal surface, with light and dark shifts within the intense Widmanstätten pattern on full display. The sphere made out of the iconic Seymchan Meteorite from Russia has a bonus feature of multiple "glassy" patches representing partial Olivine gem crystals within the otherwise metallic composition.
