Seymour Lash (American, 1925-2011). A large handcrafted cased American bark or barque "Flying Cloud" model ship with three masts, fully rigged and behind glass. Apparently unmarked. Approx: (case) h. 31", w. 13", d. 37.25". Note: BuiltDonald Mckay, "Flying Cloud" was a noted clipper ship that held the world's sailing record for the fastest passage between New York and San Francisco, 89 days 8 hours, from 1854 to 1989. Approx. h. 31.25", w. 38.25", d. 14.5".
Condition Report: Flags on the stern have been reattached, top glass of case is missing.
