款識：宋人小說云，汴京李和炒栗名聞四方。紹興中陳長卿使金，至燕山，忽有人持炒栗十枚來獻，自白曰，汴京李和兒也，揮涕而去。蓋金破汴後流轉於燕，仍以炒栗世其業耳。然即今之炒栗是其遺法典。季昆仁兄屬正。邵章伯褧。
