Shasevan - Jajim/kelim - 174 cm - 163 cm

Antique Decorative shahsevan jajim/kelim from IRAN, 1970-1980. As a part of internal design this jajim can be used as floor or sofa covering, hanging on wall or other decorative usages. jajims were knotted in separate layers approximately 20-30cm wide and then were connected together to form the desired size. Today knotting jajim is very rare and almost all jajims come from 20th century or before. Jajims were completely knotted by women and were part of wedding gift. ***shipping with Fed.
