Set of two Obama posters by Shepard Fairey: :

1) HOPE - This is the iconic poster that helped elect Barack Obama as the first African-American US President and helped elevate Shepard Fairey from an underground street artist to a world renowned artist with his Obama portrait on display at the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery. Print was created as a paster and was wheat pasted all over the US. 90 x 60 CM offset lithograph on matte paper - Excellent condition.

2) PROGRESS (Democratic Blue) - Early campaign poster that was distributed throughout the US in support of Obama. It includes the blended OBEY/Obama logo on the lapel that was later replaced by the Obama only logo on the HOPE and VOTE posters - 60 x 45 CM offset lithograph on matter paper - Excellent condition.

3) Yes We Did - Poster created by Fairey to help celebrate Obama's historic victory - offsets lithograph on 91 x 60 CM Royal Fiber cream art paper - Great overall condition.

Lot also includes a handbill from "Manifest Hope - Art For Obama" exhibition that ran during the Democratic National Convention in 2008. The event highlighted some the poster designs and artists that supported Obama including Shepards Fairey, David Choe, Ron English and others.

Shipping: : Prints are carefully wrapped in protective Kraft paper and shipped in a sturdy tube and shipped fully insured with global tracking number.
