This unique and rare watch was produced by the small Swiss house of Shultz, renowned for producing a complicated watch in the 1920's. Shultz produced this watch for the legendary house of C.D. Peacock in Chicago, one of the oldest jewelry houses in America.
The dial is done in Sterling Silver with Kiln Fired Enamel Printing. This dial was custom made for Shultz by Stern Freres. Stern was the finest dial house in the world at the time. In the early 1930s the Patek Philippe Watch Company went into bankruptcy and Stern purchase Patek Philippe. The Stern Family still own the Patek Philippe Watch Company today.
We have never see this model before, which is entirely hand constructed. The watch is in New, Old Stock Condition, and the leather cord band is also original. It should be noted that the cord band is now to fragile to be practically worn so we will fit this watch with a cord band of your liking to your size, included in the price.
