Side table - Bronze, Bois noirci, Marquetry, Mirror glass

Fantastic Napoleon III table; marquetry inlaid. Various types of wood have been used for this beautiful specimen, including pear wood and thuja. The top is richly decorated with a beautifully decorated center surrounded by garlands. The lid is set in a bronze frame. When you open the lid you will see a mirror. The mirror is framed by a bronze trim. The interior has a sliding insert drawer.
The interior can be locked with the supplied key. The lock works fine.
The sides of this table are finished with floral elements in thuja wood. The bottom is finished with a bronze edge. The whole rests on four legs. The legs have bronze ornaments. The legs are connected crosswise.
You can see from the condition of this 19th century table that it has always been treated with love. This antique piece is in virtually original condition and has only minimal signs of wear.
