Abstract sculpture of a pair of galloping horses. Lost wax casting method bronze, with brown patina, mounted on a marble base. Signed by the artist, Milo. 24" W X 15" H. 28lbs. Born in Paris in 1939, Milo lived most of hia childhood in Andalusia, Spain. Influenced by his artistic family background, he began sculpting at the age of seventeen. After apprenticing with several accomplished sculptors, both in America and Spain, he began his own work focusing equally on steel & bronze.
