Schwarzenegger was born in 1947 in Austria, and proceeded to athletically compete in international bodybuilding championships before making his debut as a Hollywood action star, most famous for films such as The Terminator and Predator. Schwarzenegger also achieved an impressive political career in the United States, serving as the Chairman of the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports from 1990 - 1993, eventually ascending to the 38th Governorship of California from 2003 - 2011. Shortly following the end of his term as governor, Schwarzenegger has returned to film with select roles over the last decade.
