Signed Letter from Preston Smith, Texas Governor

Dated May 14, 1971 on Letterhead, regarding the appointment of judge.

No COA, but came from an avid celebrity autograph collector and believed to be real. In very good condition with no known damages such as rips or tares but does have some discoloration and minor creases from when it was folded for mailing. Measures 7 1/2" x 10 1/2".
