Signed Lobmeyr Austrian Cut Crystal Liqueur Set

J. & L. Lobmeyr. The set includes the decanter, the under tray, and five of the original six cordial glasses. Each piece is hand blown gilded crystal, panel cut and uniquely hand-painted in polychrome enamel with greatly detailed royal courtiers in period dress. Three of the cordials feature a single man and two feature a single lady. The decanter features a gentleman with glass seated at a table with a standing serving lady holding a pitcher.The decanter base and each glass are signed with the incised monogram and the under tray is signed with the incised and gilded monogram for J. & L. Lobmeyr.The decanter measures 8 1/4" in height, 3 1/4" in width and 2 1/2" in depth. The base is 2 1/8" in diameter with a 3/4" chip as seen in the photographs. Each cordial glass is 4" in height, 1 1/4" by 1 1/2" at the oval top, and 1 7/8" in diameter at the round foot. The crystal under tray measures 9 3/16" by 7 3/4" with a height of 3/4".
