Signed Rude Osolnik MCM Biomorphic Walnut Turned Bowl
Distinctive Mid-Century Modern turned walnut bowl by noted American woodturner Rude Osolnik, designed with a fluid biomorphic outline, gently undulating rim, and broad shallow interior that highlights the rich natural grain and warm reddish-brown color of the walnut. The sculptural asymmetry gives the piece a refined organic character closely associated with Osolnik’s modernist turned-wood forms. The underside is signed “Osolnik” and additionally inscribed “walnut.” The bowl retains a smooth satin finish with some light scuffs and fine surface scratches consistent with age and handling. Measures 2.25" H x 7.25" W x 6.75" D.
