A receipt dated June 10, 1878, Captain Benteen purchased 7 yards of dark blue flannel presumably for a tailored uniform. This would have been 15 days before the battle of the Little Bighorn.
Condition Report: Some bleed through from writing on reverse, mild toning, folds apparent; unexamined out of glass.
