Statement of funds signed by William Badger, who had been quartermaster at Fort Lincoln from the time when Custer's 7th Cavalry was stationed there. Lieutenant Colonel George Armstrong Custer and his wife, Libbie, lived on Fort Abraham Lincoln from 1873 until Custer died at the Battle of the Little Big Horn in the summer of 1876. Approximately 500 troops were also stationed there.
Condition Report: Splits at folds of statement of funds with a small chip missing, some toning; receipt with a few stains and some toning.
