Continental,probably 17th/18th century, opening to two compartments divided by hinge, skull form open to hinge two compartment, one divided into six compartments, lidÿinscribed on one in Latin "Memento/Mori/TG?" (remember you must die), one side inscribed with namesÿ"Neglich/B", "Muschat/B", "Canel/B", Rosnia/B", two names partial,ÿpartial stamped mark "I?" (marker?),ÿskull 1-1/4 in., with later glass ring 1-1/4 x 1-1/2 in. - Provenance: Estate of Paul W. Doll, Jr., Lake Toxaway, North Carolina
