Sirrah Kazuide Takahama - Table lamp - TOMOS 1 - Metal

Tomos 1 table lamp by Kazuhide Takahama for Sirrah, late 1970s, early 1980s.

The lamp is part of the iconic Tomos series, designed by the Japanese architect and designer (Bolognese by adoption) for Sirrah of Imola, a prestigious lighting company founded by Dino Gavina.
The design of the lamp, elegant and sinuous, is expressed in multiple configurations, the first arched support is rigid and rotates on the base, while the upper arm is totally flexible and takes on the desired shapes depending on use.
The original Sirrah label is present.
The diffuser is in opal methacrylate, while the heavy base is in steel.
Fits a standard E27 lamp holder for halogen or LED bulbs, not supplied.
In excellent condition, vintage, no breaks or cracks, there are only minimal superficial signs.
