Smoky Quartz Lincoln County, New Mexico, USA 14.3 x 2.8 x 2.7 cm (5.63 x 1.10 x 1.06 in) A tall-standing, fabulous example of the wonderfully transparent, flashy Smoky Quartz specimens from this older, well-known locality. Darker shades of grey and reddish-brown fill the crystal's interior, wafting upward towards characteristically sharp phantoms presented within the Quartz's multiple terminated points. One of the more sizable, prismatic faces is accented with clusters of secondary Quartz points, most of which are nicely terminated, colorless, and fully transparent.
