French silver niello snuff box, 19th century Made in France Circa 1880. Marked with the Minerva head and number 2 denoting its 800 grade silver, makers mark is partialy rubbed so we can not determine the maker. Dimensions - Size : 7. 8 x 3. 3 x 2 cm Approx Weight : 77 grams Condition : Has some surface wear and tear from general usage, along with some subtle signs of ageing, box has small dings on the corners of the base and small ding on base, good overall condition, please see pictures.
