This rare example was hand-woven by Sofia Widen herself. Woven signature to edge 'SW TPB'.
Condition: Carpet shows approximately six small spots of soiling, each approximately one inch in size and visible only under close scrutiny. One corner also shows a small area of loss to weft with subsequent and stable fraying to weave. Otherwise carpet shows well in person. Very good vintage condition.
