A bilingual print with parallel text in Polish and German. Announcement of King Frederick William’s decree regarding towns belonging to noble and ecclesiastical estates. By virtue of this decree, these towns were granted equal rights with other towns of such status located in the remaining territories of the Kingdom of Prussia; their owners were prohibited from imposing additional taxes on them, furthermore, they were placed under fiscal supervision, and a review of their laws and privileges was announced. Creases along the edges; otherwise in good condition.
