Profusely illustrated promotional for these Southern California counties. The Commission was composed of one member from each of the counties named in the title and were to prepare, promote, install and maintain the appropriate exhibits at the Panama California Exposition held in San Diego in 1915, and their counterparts at the Panama-Pacific International Exposition held in San Francisco the same year. With the scarce original box.
Condition Report: Box with toning and general light wear, top portion with splitting to corners, peeling, a few closed tears; volume fine, or nearly so.
