Spanish Moser Style Enamel Amber Art Glass Ewer
Circa 1980's Spanish art glass ewer in the Moser style, crafted in rich amber colored glass with a tall cylindrical neck, flared spout, broad bulbous base, and high applied handle. The body is extensively decorated with raised gilt glass trails, turquoise and red enamel accents, floral motifs, and stylized birds in lavender, white, yellow, and brown. Additional applied rings and lavender glass ornament embellish the neck and handle using traditional medieval / Moorish (Islamic) motifs. Signed by the Spanish glass artist Jose Cire Royo.
Condition: Good overall condition having normal surface wear, with losses along portions of the body, around.
