Brass crest with a four-lobed base, decorated with a fleur-de-lis. Lion’s-muzzle chin strap fasteners; chin strap with rings, partially striated, and brass plates featuring an intertwined lance and saber motif on a flag background. Interior lined with green velvet (liners missing).
