Special Auction Instructions--PLEASE READ

PLEASE NOTE ALL SHELF LOTS AND BOX LOTS WE GIVE NO GUARANTEE AS TO CONDITION; SOME ITEMS MAY HAVE CHIPS OR CRACKS NOT NOTED IN THE DESCRIPTION. YOU ARE BUYING THESE LOTS AS IS!!!! This auction will be an online only bidding auction with the items remaining at the estate location.
The house is located at 4805 Linscott Ave Downers Grove IL.
THIS IS A MASSIVE 1 DAY AUCTION WITH NEARLY 1,200 LOTS TO BE SOLD ONLINE!

SPECIAL PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
DUE to COVID 19 we will have pick by appointment only. We will offer 3 different pickup days after the auction.
After the auction you will receive an email to sign up for a time to pick up. If don’t receive that email call us to schedule your time slot.
Pick up Days will be the following
Saturday June 6th 10am-4pm
Monday June 8th 12pm-6pm
Tuesday June 9th 10am-5pm

There are Social Distancing protocols, we will follow in line with the CDC recommendations.
Smaller invoices will be brought outside for you to load and pack. Large invoices we will escort you throughout the house to pick up your items.

Please bring help to load large items and furniture...we will help gather and process your invoice but there will not be general labor there for moving large items! You are responsible for loading your furniture.

If you would prefer to have your items shipped or brought back to our building for pickup at a later time that can be facilitated for a small transportation fee.

Please note some items are not transferable and we will not move them back to our building or ship them. You will not receive a refund if you bid on one of these lots and do not come and pick it up.

All out of area buyers we offer an in-house shipping service for your convenience-please note there is a small fee to relocate those items back to our building.

If you are unable to pick up during the allotted pickup times or you need your items shipped/transferred back to our auction gallery this can be done for a small fee. Please keep this in mind when bidding.
