The province of Connaugh
The Province of Mounster
The Province of Ulster
A striking group of maps of Ireland, from Speed's The Theatre of the Empire of Great Britain—the first atlas of the British Isles. The beauty of these maps can be largely attributed their engraver, Jodocus Hondius, one of the most highly regarded Dutch engravers of the day.
