Staffordshire Pearlware Leeds Tea Set Tulip Pattern

[ translate ]

Staffordshire Pearlware tea set in the "Tulip" pattern. This is a scarce pattern that you don't see all that often and is very sought after by collectors. In very nice condition with a few minor repairs. The sugar bowl lid had a repair to the swan finial and the teapot lid had a repair to a piece that was off and the original put back and repaired. The creamer has no repairs but just a small flake by the handle and pin nip size nibbles on the spout. The teapot also has a small chip on the tip of the spout. Really quite a nice set. The teapot measures 9" from the tip of the spout to the handle by 6 1/2" tall and the set dates circa 1820.
