The album contained 24 views accompanied by historical text by Władysław Łuszczkiewicz and a foreword by Marian Sokołowski.

The portfolio contained twenty-four views of Kraków, created jointly by Juliusz Kossak and Stanisław Tondos based on original watercolors depicting the city’s most valuable monuments. Tondos painted only the architecture, while Kossak enriched the views with genre scenes, bringing the streets and squares to life with strolling passersby, market women with baskets of goods, and passing horse-drawn carriages, creating a colorful panorama of city life. The artists jointly signed their works using the monograms JK and ST, with Stanisław Tondos’s linked monogram placed between Juliusz Kossak’s monogram.
