Star Lot : A 19th century Chinese double sword (Shuang Jian) with tortoise shell and brass mounts, engraved with shou characters and bats. A similar piece was exhibited in the British Museum, Chinese weapons and armor, 15th of December 1994 to the 15th of January 1995. A fabulous piece that realized £676 in Rosebery's of London.
