Pair of state Mills Belts including: 1.) Dark blue Mills Belts measuring 3" in width presenting Massachusetts plate. Belt presents 45 loops. Belt exhibits some wear and soiling with some surface abrasions to face of plate, 2.) Dark blue Mills Belts measuring 3.25" in width presenting Rhode Island plate. Belt presents 45 loops. Interior of belt presents paint stenciled marking "CO. G. 3. W. N. G 44". Belt exhibits wear and soiling with some fraying at end. Provenance: Eugene T.
