Statue - Bronze - Bronze bouddha standing in front of mandorle - China - Qing Dynasty (1644-1911)

Description Bronze Buddha shown standing on a lotiform base, right hand raised in abhaya mudra left varada mudra. A mandorle of flames in the back decorated with three deities sitting. Inscribed incisions in the back including an apocryphal cyclical date. According to the text on the back, it is a donation made on 23/03 of the 2nd year of the reign of Emperor Wu Ping (year 571) by Mr. Wu Zi Iu of the statue of Guan Yin. Regarding our knowledge and this traduction we can think this statue is more older but the green global patina and the iconography of the face and the way that the mandorle was fix as you can see on picture and microscope check give for us a datation of 120/150 years old so more in the late Qing dynasty.
