Condition Report: From a January 4, 2024 Appraisal: "Like-new grand piano in excellent condition. Good tuning pin pres sure. Steinway hammers with v. little wear. Good original soundboard. Bridges have no splits. Good keytops and bushings. No case damages. Good dampers. All pedals functioning properly. Instrument has wonderful volume, sustain and musicality. Beautiful look and sound."
