Condition Report:
The canvas is unlined. There are two slight raises to the canvas, one at the centre of the upper edge and a smaller one at the centre of the left edge. There are some minor accretions and instances of surface dirt. The work appears to be in very good overall condition. Inspection under ultra violet light reveals a small number of tiny, sensitively executed spots of retouching in some of the central figures. The work is held in a simple wooden slip frame.
